Wilberforce Ebenezer Kwakye is a Chartered Accounting professional and finance management specialist with over six years of experience in financial management, project accounting, donor-funded projects, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and financial reporting.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Education. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAG), and has professional certifications in internal auditing, project finance, ESG, data analytics, and AI tools.

He currently serves as a Finance Executive/Project Accountant at CDC Consult Ltd, where he provides financial oversight and accounting support for donor-funded projects involving organisations such as Mastercard Foundation, Plan Ghana, GIZ, GOPA AFC, NIC, and SNV. His expertise covers financial governance, audit support, compliance management, budgeting, risk control, and strategic financial decision-making.

As a Board Director of Wiloty Foundation LBG, Wilberforce contributes strong financial leadership, accountability, and governance expertise to support sustainable growth, effective resource management, and the achievement of the Foundation’s development objectives.

Loretta Sarfo is a dedicated public service professional and Senior Protocol Officer at the State Protocol Department, where she plays a key role in coordinating and managing high-level local and international engagements involving government officials, diplomats, and distinguished stakeholders.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Ghana and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

With extensive experience in diplomatic protocol, public administration, stakeholder engagement, and institutional representation, Loretta brings valuable expertise in governance, cross-cultural communication, event management, and strategic relationship building. Her professional background enhances the Board’s capacity in effective coordination, professionalism, and organisational representation.

As a Board Member of Wiloty Foundation LBG, she contributes her knowledge in governance, public relations, protocol management, and stakeholder engagement to support the Foundation’s vision, strengthen partnerships, and promote impactful community development initiatives.

Kingsley Ofori Owusu is an accomplished military professional and operations specialist with extensive experience in personnel management, security operations, leadership development, operational planning, and equipment management. He currently serves as a Military Officer with the Ministry of Defence, Ghana, where he contributes to maintaining operational readiness, supervising personnel, coordinating strategic activities, and supporting effective unit management.

With years of experience in military operations, engineering support, and international collaboration, Kingsley has participated in joint operations and engagements with military personnel from countries including the United States of America, Liberia, Mali, Bangladesh, Sweden, El Salvador, and Vietnam. His exposure to multinational operations has strengthened his skills in teamwork, discipline, strategic coordination, and cross-cultural cooperation.

He possesses specialised expertise in heavy-duty equipment operations, including payloader, forklift, excavator, backhoe, and roller operations, as well as field engineering, construction support, safety management, and equipment maintenance. His leadership experience includes mentoring personnel, supervising teams, enforcing standards, and developing operational strategies to achieve organisational objectives.

As a Board Member of Wiloty Foundation LBG, Kingsley contributes his wealth of experience in leadership, security management, operational planning, discipline, and team development. His commitment to integrity, service, and effective management strengthens the Foundation’s governance structure and supports the implementation of impactful community development initiatives.

Virgil Anyetei is an accomplished Accountant, entrepreneur, and business leader with strong expertise in financial management, corporate governance, strategic planning, and organisational development. He brings valuable experience in administration, business operations, and institutional growth, supporting effective decision-making and sustainable development.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Empire Electronics, where he provides strategic leadership in driving business growth, innovation, customer-focused solutions, and operational excellence. He also serves as Director of Claricore Consulting Ltd, offering advisory support in finance, management, and organisational development to businesses and institutions.

As Board Secretary of Wiloty Foundation LBG, Virgil plays a key role in ensuring effective board coordination, proper documentation, governance compliance, and smooth communication among Board members and stakeholders. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to accountability contribute to strengthening the Foundation’s governance systems and operational effectiveness.
